This system replaces the 3x5 index cards you purchase at the store. Hand written index cards can be arranged or sorted by hand in any order desired. Many businesses still keep these hand written cards. These programs can be used for many purposes.

• Name, address, phone and contact information
• Customer Notes
• Item notes
• Fixed assets notes (cars, equipment etc)

Programs features:

• May be shared among everyone in the company. Or, limited to only those in your department (group profile). Or limited to only 1 person.
• Multiple people can be viewing and updating at the same time.

To get started, type in the command "CARD", and the following will be displayed.

After selecting 1, 2 or 3, the following will be displayed.

or put a "W" next to an existing type and press Enter. The following screen will be displayed.

This is a list of the cards header information. Press F6 to add a new card (records). Or, put an "U" next to an existing card to view or update it, and the following screen will be displayed.

Type in the desired information and press Enter. These programs were generated with MSD CASE in 4 hours.
